Last weekend saw a huge milestone for Priors Hall Park as Zone 3 was opened to the public for the first time.
Davidsons Homes opened a new sales cabin offering 2-5 bedroom homes ranging from £349,995 to £749,995. In total, they will deliver 197 new homes over nearly 15 acres at the gateway to the new phase of the development. You can find out more about the homes they have available on their website, here. The homes will overlook the green space of a new amphitheatre and a scheduled ancient monument which will highlight the Roman history of the area, with road names to complement recent archaeological findings.
New residents will also be close to a local centre, sports pitches and later on, a third primary school for Priors Hall Park.
